Please fill out the form with your preferred dates and include any special requirements, such as wheelchair access. We’ll get back to you with a confirmation as quickly as possible.

For group bookings, feel free to contact us directly at ditchlingcamping@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Prices

Please note: We do not accept camping cancellations within 14 days of arrival.

For other reservations, including bell tents, large bookings, and/or exclusive hire, once the deposit or full payment has been received, cancellations are not accepted. However, we are more than happy to move the reservation to another date if space or the site is available.

Children must be strictly supervised by parents or guardians at all times.

We operate a very relaxed campsite, but if you require the campsite rules, health and safety advice, and/or terms and conditions, please either click on the links, ask the manager, or email ditchlingcamping@gmail.com, and we will be happy to provide them in either PDF or hard copy format.

It is the responsibility of every person on-site to have a torch or other means of light to navigate safely. By clicking the pay button when making a booking, you confirm that at least one member of your party is 18 years or over, has the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, accepts these terms and conditions, and agrees to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by or to any member of your party or any animal accompanying you.
