- Cancellations: Please note that we do not accept camping cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
- Bespoke Reservations: For other bookings, including bell tents or exclusive hire, cancellations are not accepted once payment is received. However, we are more than happy to move your reservation to another date, provided there is availability.
- Safety: Children must be strictly supervised by parents or guardians at all times. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of every person on-site to carry a torch for safe navigation at night.
- Terms of Service: By clicking the pay button, you confirm that at least one member of your party is 18 or over and accepts our terms and conditions.
